Terms of Use — Friendzy

By downloading, installing, or using Friendzy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Friendzy is a party game app that provides a collection of in-person group games for entertainment purposes. Games include prompts, word games, trivia, and social deduction games played by a group sharing a single device.

We may update, modify, or add features through App Store releases.

2. Free to play

Friendzy is free to download and play. It is supported by ads shown between games — never during active gameplay. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

3. Acceptable use

Friendzy is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by law.
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.
  • Use the app in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

4. Content

Friendzy's game prompts are written to be family-friendly and are intended for in-person play with friends and family. Some prompts ask players to perform light physical or social challenges — always play safely, skip any prompt you are not comfortable with, and make sure everyone in your group is happy to take part.

5. Intellectual property

Friendzy's software, UI, brand identity (including the Riot mascot and FRIENDZY name), and original content are owned by NULL CLUB. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your copy of the app, together with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendzy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NULL CLUB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Friendzy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Friendzy at any time by deleting the app. We may stop providing the app or restrict access where required by law or by Apple.

9. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NULL CLUB's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
