How to play Story Chain
Build the most chaotic story together Players take turns adding one sentence to a shared story. Nobody knows where it goes — and that's the whole point. The wilder the twist, the better.

How to play
- Choose who goes first.
- That person says one sentence to start a story — any story.
- Going clockwise, each player adds exactly one sentence that continues from the last.
- No skipping, no correcting. Whatever gets said stays.
- Keep going until the story reaches a natural (or hilarious) end.
Example round
- "One day, Alex found a mysterious briefcase in the subway."
- "Inside was nothing but 400 plastic spoons and a note that said 'you're next.'"
- "Alex immediately knew this was about the great spoon heist of 2019."
- "So he called his uncle — a retired competitive spoon collector."
Tips
- Force unexpected twists — teleport characters, kill off heroes, introduce aliens. The weirder, the better.
- If someone tries to 'fix' a bad sentence, they owe the group a penalty.
