How to play
- One player thinks of something (a person, animal, object, food, movie — anything).
- The group gets exactly 21 yes/no questions total to guess it.
- The thinker can only answer 'yes', 'no', or 'kind of'.
- After 21 questions, the group makes one final guess.
- If they get it, they win. If not, the thinker reveals the answer and wins.
Example round
- 'Is it alive?' → No. 'Is it bigger than a car?' → Kind of. 'Is it in this room?' → No.
- Good early questions: alive? edible? can fit in a pocket? seen on TV? made before 1990?
- Final reveal after 21 questions: 'It was the concept of Tuesday.' Absolute chaos.
Tips
- Start broad ('Is it a living thing?') then narrow quickly.
- Use a question to confirm: 'Is it something everyone in this room has seen?'
