How to play One-Word Story
Tell a story — one word at a time Players build a story together, but each person contributes exactly one word per turn. The result is always unexpected, often grammatically criminal, and deeply funny.

How to play
- Players sit in a circle.
- Going around, each person adds exactly one word to build a story.
- No hesitation — you have 2 seconds to say your word.
- No correcting or directing other people's words.
- Tell the story for 3–5 minutes, then someone says 'THE END' to close it.
Example round
- 'Once... upon... a... very... confused... fish... who... accidentally... invented... TikTok...'
- Someone drops 'therefore' unexpectedly and breaks the flow. Genius.
- Someone says 'SUDDENLY' every turn. Narrative masterpiece.
Tips
- Try to connect your word to the actual story — random chaos is less fun than weird logic.
- Conjunctions and transitions ('however', 'despite', 'meanwhile') are power moves.
