How to play Scene Swap
Improv scene that anyone can hijack Two players act out a scene. Anyone can shout 'freeze!' at any moment — then tap one actor and replace them, starting a completely different scene from the frozen position.

How to play
- Two players start an improvised scene — any scenario.
- At any moment, someone watching can shout 'freeze!' — everyone freezes.
- The caller tags one actor and physically takes their position.
- From that exact frozen pose, start an entirely new and unrelated scene.
- Keep calling freeze and swapping in. The weirder the transition, the better.
Example round
- Freeze! [person is pointing dramatically] → new scene: 'I told you the butler did it!'
- Freeze! [person is crouched down] → new scene: a doctor examining a very confused patient
- The posture gives the new scene its starting energy — that's the magic.
Tips
- Call freeze when poses are weird or ambiguous — you get more creative options.
- Don't overthink the new scene — just react to the physical position you're in.
