How to play The Whisper Circle
A message goes in. Something else comes out. The classic telephone game. One phrase whispered from person to person — see how wildly it mutates by the time it reaches the end. The final version is almost never the original.

How to play
- Players sit in a line or circle.
- First player thinks of a phrase and whispers it to the next person — once only.
- Each person whispers what they heard to the next.
- Last person says the phrase out loud.
- Compare it to the original. The difference is the game.
Example round
- Original: 'She sells seashells by the seashore every Tuesday'
- Round 5: 'She smells like fish near the shore last Tuesday'
- Final: 'Shelly's feet smell every other day'
Tips
- Start with phrases that have similar-sounding words — they mutate the best.
- For a chaotic version: whisper a sentence in a different language.
