How to play Would You Rather Speed Round
No time to think. Just answer. Classic Would You Rather — but with a strict 3-second limit. No explaining, no debating mid-answer. Just pick and defend after. Reveals what people actually think, not what sounds smart.

How to play
- One player asks a 'Would you rather' question to the group.
- Everyone must answer within 3 seconds — no mulling it over.
- After everyone answers, anyone who wants can defend their choice for 20 seconds.
- Majority minority: whoever picked the less popular option explains their logic.
- Rapid fire — keep the questions coming every 60 seconds.
Example round
- 'Would you rather have no Wi-Fi for a month or no music for a year?' 3-2-1 — split room.
- 'Would you rather know the exact date you die or never know?' — deep silence despite the 3-second rule.
- 'Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?' Classic for a reason.
Tips
- The best questions have no clearly right answer — both options are bad.
- Good categories: social embarrassments, superpowers, food, relationships.
